Appointments
Appointments System
Consultations are by appointment only. Appointments with the doctor are normally for 10 minutes but if you feel that your problem may take longer a double appointment can be arranged. Appointments to see a doctor or nurse can be made in person or by telephoning the surgery during opening hours.
We aim to offer patients an appointment with a GP within 48 hours of initial contact with surgery, although this may not necessarily be with the GP of your choice. Any patient needing to be seen urgently will be offered an appointment with a GP at some time during the working day. In this instance, you cannot specify the time of day that you will be seen or which doctor will see you.
